At Home Workouts

To help you stay fit during the 'Shelter in Place' mandate, I've provided two weekly workouts that you can perform at home.   The workouts will be between 12-20 minutes long.  If you want to make the workouts longer, please add rounds.

Here's how it works.  For the first week, do the workouts in Week A.  The next week, tackle Week B.  Then go back to Week A and so on.
​
Week A Workout (And when you click the "other days" box, you'll get a surprise!)
​
Week B Workout (this is an add on workout.  The first exercise you do for 10 seconds, the next set you do exercise 1 and 2 both for 20 seconds, the third set you'll do exercises 1, 2 and 3 for 30 seconds and up to 60 seconds.)
