Personal Training and Coaching

Sometimes you need one-on-one time or some coaching to help you get and stay on track. 


Personal Training is one-on-one training that can be at your home, mine or even better, outside!  Sessions can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or an hour, based on your goals and availability.


Just like boot-camp classes, I utilize a variety of exercises to help you achieve results.  One-on-one training is a great way to get started on a fitness program or to add some extra intensity to your existing program. 


Coaching services are individualized to help you set and meet your goals.  The beauty of this program is that it can help where you need it most.  Whether it's some simple nudging along to help you stay accountable, or you want to train for a running event or race and need a comprehensive training/ support program or you need more intensive help you set and reach major goals through fitness and nutrition.


The first step will be to meet and discuss what you are looking to achieve from our time together.  Depending on the level of coaching you need you'll fall into one of three plans. 


  1. Basic (the nudge, a few more emails, more checking in, etc.)

  2. Event (training for a race or physical event like a Tough Mudder) 

  3. Comprehensive (assistance with proper nutrition such as education, meal planning, etc.), fitness training (either in person or via email, texts, etc.) and support (in person or via email, texts, etc.)
